Remanufactured Cartridges
|
| What are remanufactured Toner Cartridges?
Remanufactured toner cartridges are made to OEM "original equipment Manufactures specifications". This means that their quality and yield are equal to or better than the OEM's.
During remanufacture, cartridges shall be disassembled and casings shall be cleaned and inspected for damage.
Drums shall be replaced by the “long-life” type.
Bushings, Doctor Blades, Recovery Blades and Wiper Blades, Mag and PCR rollers will be replaced.
The hopper shall be filled to capacity with new toner meeting or exceeding OEM standards
All cartridges are tested after remanufacturing by installing the cartridge in an applicable printer and running test copies.
The cartridge shall be packaged and sealed in an anti-static bag meeting OEM standards.
Packaging shall be constructed to permit users to re-package spent cartridges for return to vendor.
When the cartridge can no longer be effectively remanufactured, the components are diverted into recycling systems, conserving resources and reducing the amount of toxic waste bound for landfill disposal.
Please keep ALL empty cartridges for return to Heldertech.
Please keep a "spare" cartridge on hand to prevent "down-time".
