Heldertech was established in 1998 as a printer service centre for Laser, Ink and Dotmatrics printers. It soon established itself providing onsite and bench (carry-in) service, repair and maintenance to many leading local businesses and computer dealers alike.
Heldertech specialize in HP and also support most major leading brands including Canon, Samsung, Oki, Epson, Seiko's and Lexmark.
With the massive increase in cost of printer consumables (i.e. toner cartridges) we found more and more consumers requiring cheaper alternatives i.e. compatible and refilled cartridges.
Heldertech entered the cartridge remanufacturing industry in 2001 with the opening of its own remanufacturing workshop with fully trained technicians preparing and testing toner cartridges.
Having the expertise in both fields of after sales services (i.e. maintenance and consumables) places Heldertech uniquely in the position to fully guarantee the proper functioning of all multi function and laser printers while cutting clients costs dramatically.
Heldertech has recently entered the sales market and we believe that our wealth of experience in the printer and multifunction (print/copy/scan/fax) market places us in the position to offer our customers a total office solution.
